7 Chakra bracelet

The 7 Chakra bracelet carries seven natural stones, one for each of the seven chakras described in yogic tradition, from the base of the spine to the crown. It is worn by people who keep a regular meditation or prayer practice and want a simple reminder of it on the wrist.

What you receive

• 1 x 7 Chakra bracelet
• Material: natural stone beads
• Bead size: 10mm
• Weight: approximately 75g
• Elastic thread, so it stretches over the hand
• Multi-coloured, one shade for each of the seven chakras

How it is used

Wear it on either wrist. Practice varies by teacher and sampradaya, so if your guru or family tradition specifies a side or a day to begin, follow that. Many wearers put it on after their morning bath and remove it before oil massage or heavy work.

About the material

These are natural stones, so shade, banding and surface markings differ from bead to bead and from bracelet to bracelet. Two bracelets of the same design will not look identical, and the total weight can vary a little. This is normal for natural stone and is not a defect.

Questions

How do I know the stones are natural?
Natural stone beads show uneven colour, faint internal lines and tiny surface marks. Dyed glass looks perfectly uniform in every bead and feels lighter and warmer in the hand.

How do I clean it?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. If it needs more, use mild soap and water, then dry it fully. Keep it away from perfume, bleach and harsh cleaning chemicals, which dull the polish.

Who can wear it?
Anyone, of any age or gender. There is no restriction on wearing it, and it is often given as a gift to someone beginning a meditation practice.

Will the elastic hold?
Stretch it over the widest part of your hand rather than rolling it up, and remove it before sleeping or exercising.

Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available and delivery is free across India.
